Im a bit of a shopaholic Im into makeup, fashion, skincare, food, travel, and more. Im also a wife, mother, and I also work in cyber security/IT industry.
A few years ago I believe in Summer of 2017 Gucci came out with a collection of bags, shoes, with the Bengal tiger on it, I didn’t find out about the bags until last year. I had been searching second websites such rebag, fashionphile, and ebay looking for the bag. I knew I wanted either the Boston Bag or the tote. Earlier this year I found the Boston Bag for sale in excellent condition on the Rebag site so I bought it there.
Then about a week I was browsing on Nordstorms website I saw some things from Ted Baker that I had to have in the Houdini Print, the cat in the print is a Jaguar, I did look it up to make sure. The funny thing is Im not a big fan of cats, I prefer dogs specifically German Shepards, I do have one. I just really like tiger prints on the bag, it made it look unique. Im really fond of animal prints, or animal shaped jewelry, so in future posts it will be a reoccurring theme. From Nordstorm I originally purchased the large nylon tote, I had to take back and get the smaller one. When I showed the nylon tote my husband he laughed, he was like that is kind of big. When he saw the smaller one he said that was more reasonable. I also bought the clutch, and the large makeup bag. I tried to buy the flip flops but my order was canceled due to lack of inventory, I found them on ebay. Most of the collection is sold out unfortunately.

I also picked two more things from Nordstorm a Ted Baker Phone case its very cute, and a pair Botkier shoes they are platform oxford style shoes in the color metallic rose metallic. I like the oxford style of shoes because they look professional and stand out at work.
I started subscribing to the Fab Fit Fun boxes back in October of last year, so my first box was the Fall 18 one with the Vince Camuto tote in brown. I was not sure when I got the first box how much I would use the products that were inside the box. To my surprise I find that I use most of the products that I get in each box, with some exceptions. In one box I got the swell water bottle, I don’t use all that much, sadly it stays in one of the pockets of swiss gear backpack for work. As I write this I realize that I don’t drink a ton of water, I should drink more than I am currently, and my work place provides free water.
In the Summer box I received several things I’m already using, I also had two add-ons to my package which was the Ciate Astrolights Jewelled Palette, and the Butter London Gel Highlighter in Champagne.

Lotus Towel- This one of the first things I took out of the box, I was kind of
surprised to get a towel in the box, its not something I was expecting. I think
its meant to be more of a beach towel, I use it as a regular towel. Being in
Southern Ohio there are hardly any beaches around me unless you want to go the
lake, Im not down for that. I ended up liking the towel its very cute.

& Rose Diamond Toted
This is a nice summery tote, Im actually using the bag as my everyday bag. The bag is pretty sturdy and it holds quite a bit. It fits my I Pad Pro the 12.9 inch one, I don’t have to many bags or totes in my collection that would fit my Ipad. I could also fit my laptop too that’s to much weight in one bag to carry around. I take my ipad to work, I have the apple pencil that goes with it, its wear I take all my notes on my ipad. I take two foreign languages, and Im going through firewall training currently. I was happy the bag was big enough for my ipad. I occasionally put my ipad in my backup with my work laptop and it hurts my back. This tote is sturdy, and the handles are very soft.

What a Pair of 2 Silicone Wine Glasses
The ones I received the box were pink, they have a strong plastic smell when I opened them, I find that the scent goes away some after washing them. I washed mine with some Dawn and hot water, then I poured myself some Barefoot Pink Moscato wine. I’m taking them out next week with me to a 4th of July party that I always go to. I like that the glasses are silicone it makes them very durable and very portable friendly.

Nutrients Refining Micro polish
This a plant based micro polish, I like using skincare with plant-based ingredients, I don’t believe in harming helpless animals. I have tried this out a few times, it has jojoba beads in it which help exfoliate the skin, the beads are very gentle on the skin. I also have sensitive skin so I found that this didn’t break me out. If you have sensitive skin this would be a good fit for you.

Ultra Brightening Face Purple Clay Face Mask-
I only tried this once it burned my skin immediately, I tried it again last night and it still burned my skin I don’t know why exactly. Im going to take a closer look at the ingredients to try to figure out why it burned my skin. This is odd I have tried dozens of skin care products, there have only been a random few that have burned my skin.

Rose Facial Spray
It’s a nice light spray that gives your face instant hydration.
Whish Exfoliating Foot Mask- I havent used it yet, I don’t have an opinion on yet. I did smell it, and it smelled like coconuts. I like anything that smells tropical especially during the summer.
Ciate Astrolights
Jewelled Palette- I seen this palette and the Astrolights Burnt palette, I
really liked both of the palettes. When I saw the Jewelled Palette on sale I
bought it, I intend to get the burnt palette too. I wore one of the shadows
from the palatte today to work, its really pigmented and has great staying
power, the shadows lasted more than eight hours on me with little fading.
Butter London Highlighting Gel in Champagne- Its beautiful lightweight highlighter, to me it seems like it has more of golden sheen, I find that the name Champagne doesn’t fit the product. When I think of champagne I think of a golden beige color.
Cuccio Cooling
Spot Therapy- This was the mystery item in my box. It says that its supposed to
relieve tension and stress after a long day. It’s a lightweight formula with
peppermint and green tea. The instructions say you can rub it on the back of
your neck and your temples. I use it at night after I get off work, when I lay
down on my pranamat, and I find it to be very relaxing.

Twice a year Bath and Body works, and Victoria Secret have a semi-annual sale, which makes me wonder if the Limited as a semi-annual sale. Both companies are owned Les Wexner, he also has some other spin off brands. He donates his time, and money to things that important, in fact at the Ohio State University the medical center was renamed after him, its now called Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University. I always like to the know the story and the history behind brand I find it very fascinating.
I had gone to the mall last weekend to get the kids some shorts, return a bag to Nordstrom, and I had intended to go to Bath and Body works for some body creams/home scents. I found some fun summery scents, some wallflowers scents, a new wallflower plugin for my bathroom, and some air fresheners for my car.
On the waves body cream, Mediterranean Blue Water Body Cream, and Pink Honeysuckle Moisturizing Body wash. I have already tried the body wash it smells amazing, I switch between this and the Dove Mousse Body wash.

USA- Nighttime Wallflower- I have this plugged into my bathroom now. Im using Beach Sage it smells amazing. I used the wallflowers once before, but it has been years since I used them. I intend to buy more of them.

Portable Scents- Laguna Surf, Turquoise
Waters- I tried to use these in my car somehow, they got lost in my car
already. The scent holder came apart when I was driving, so Ill have to search
my car for them.
This is my third boxy luxe from boxy charm. I subscribed to them back in October. I had seen influencers on Instagram talking about, I saw that you could full size products in a subscription, getting full size products alone was intriguing. Each box has a unique theme to it, this month’s theme is Getaway, I find that it’s a fitting theme since so many people are going on vacation. I don’t have any vacation plans for this summer, to much going on at work, I have a four-month-old, and some other things going on in my personal life. I do plan on going to Universal Studios in Orlando later this year probably in the fall. If you follow their Facebook page, they give hints as to what you may get in your boxy charm box. PYT Mini Turbo On the Go Dryer
When I opened the box, this was the item at the top, it came with a portable hair dryer and two attachments, one of the attachments is a diffusor. I hardly ever use hair dryers anymore; I try not to use a lot of heat on my hair to begin with. I don’t know if Ill use this hair dryer I may end up giving it away.
Dr Brandt Clean Biotic
This is PH balanced yogurt cleanser, I saw that I was getting this last month. Boxy Charm had released a hint saying that all boxy luxe subscribers were going to be getting this. Its supposed to be a multi tasking cleanser that melts away dirt and makeup, without stripping your skin. The ingredients were not on the bottle I had to look them up on Sephoras website. It has lactic acid in which does help keep your skin keep its natural moisture. Update- I have tried this cleanser a few times now, it’s a creamy cleanser it left my skin feeling soft and hydrated after cleansing. It’s now becoming my morning cleanser.
Skin and Co Truffle Therapy Radiant
Dew Mist
– When I took this out of the box I immediately tried it on my face, it has a minty smell to it. I found the spray to be very refreshing. and relaxing. I never tried anything from this brand. I like the spray so far, I am curious to see what facial products they have.
FARMACY-Honey moon glow
This is a AHA resurfacing night serum. I have not tried yet, but I have tried several other skincare products from this brand I have been very happy with the products I have tired. I have tried the honey potion mask, honey salve, and their lip balm. My favorite thing about their products is it contains honey, which is very hydrating. I have very dry skin I find that their products help keep my skin hydrated.
Trestique Good vibes Mascara
I was very confused about what this actually was when I took it out of the box because it was so bulky.It contains an eyelash curler which is an interesting concept, I find it’s not really useful. I attempted to curl my lashes with it but I doubt only do it in sections because of the width of the curler, so that was annoying. I prefer using my eyelash curler from Lancôme
Living Proof Full Dry volume. Blast
I have a travel version of this already, I
really like. it-It gives my heir more volume and lots of texture to my hair. So
I was happy to get a full size version of this in the box.
Touch in SOL-No Pone Blem Primer Essence
I have not really tried to-many of their products, so I don’t have much of an opinion on them. I have another primer from them in my collection which I got from another body charm box. I am currently using the tony moley egg pore primer.
Tarte- Tartiest Pro Glow Palette V3
I
seen a preview in May of this palette all boxy luxe subscribers were going to
get for the June luxe box, I really liked these types of palettes because they
are palettes that I can use everyday vs the eyeshadow palettes. During the work
week I don’t wear a ton of eyeshadow, I work with mostly men so nobody really
cares to much what I look like. The name of shades in this palette are interesting,
it contains names such dance floor, a lister, backstage, and more. I have a
photo with some of the swatches on my hand.
Dominque Cosmetics- Lemonade Lipgloss
in Peach Tea
It’s a pretty pink lipgloss, its pretty pigmented, and its non-sticky. There is a sweet scent to it, reminds me of vanilla cupcakes.
